The programme seeks to provide a Hybrid Incubator Programme (HIP) inclusive of virtual and or face-to-face interactions to at least twenty (20) existing entrepreneurs who would have received grant funding under the World Bank-funded Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP).
Projects
Virtual Incubator Programme funded by World Bank under CARCIP
Under this programme, the grantees will access services similar to that provided in a physical incubator such as training and technical assistance including market access, contingency and business continuity planning, recordkeeping among others. In many cases, the services will be tailored to suit the growing needs of the enterprise as well as to assist them in transitioning their operations online.
One of the primary aims of the programme is to enhance the competitiveness, efficiency and productivity of the incubatees and to graduate sustainable and viable enterprises at the end of the programme.
