GIDC signed an MOU in 2013 with the Ministry of Finance under the Market Access and Entrepreneurial Development component of its Market Access and Rural Enterprise Development Programme funded by the Government of Grenada, Caribbean Development Bank and the International Fund for Agriculture Development. Under this MOU, GIDC selected and trained Business Development Officers to adequately deliver entrepreneurial services under the programme. Three (3) Business Development Officers were eventually assigned to work under the programme.
