Held between 2009 and 2011, this component of the programme focused on strengthening the Business Development Centre (BDC) of the Grenada Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) to provide training and technical assistance to the MSME sector. In this regard, the staff was trained and the Centre was assisted with the development of operational and strategic plans.  Under this programme, a Small Business Policy was formulated for Grenada and GIDC’s Conference Room was upgraded to facilitate training for MSMEs.
