The MSME Economic Recovery Grant programme which was funded by the UNDP, supervised by the Ministry of Finance and implemented by the GIDC provided grant funding to existing enterprises negatively impacted by COVID-19 to undertake small projects/activities valued up to a maximum of EC$10,800. The purpose of the programme was to provide grant funding to existing Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in Grenada, and whose owners were desirous of transitioning their business operations into online/digital/home safe deliveries. 10 existing enterprises benefitted from this programme. 50% of the existing enterprises that received grant financing were women-owned and operated.
